On February 28, 2026, the Organization for Disaster Management Society (ODMS) organized a prestigious seminar titled "How can we build a clean, green and disaster resilient city" at the Chittagong Club Banquet Hall, coupled with a civic reception for Mr. Sayeed Al Noman, the newly elected Member of Parliament for Chattogram-10. 

Presided over by ODMS Chairman Professor Dr. Shafiqul Islam, the event featured a keynote presentation by Professor Dr. Manjurul Kibria, Vice-Chancellor of BGC Trust University, who emphasized scientific planning to address waterlogging and environmental balance. During the reception, Mr. Sayeed Al Noman expressed his firm commitment to developing his constituency into a modern, livable city and pledged his continued support for the constructive social work of ODMS. 

The program, which began with a welcome address by CEO M.R. Chowdhury Milton, was attended by a distinguished assembly of guests, including the Chairman of the Chittagong Education Board, the Additional Police Commissioner, the Additional DIG, and various university professors, journalists, and professional leaders.
